Credit Stories: Saving Your Credit. One Story at a Time.

The Problem: I’m in debt, crazy debt and just about everyone I know is in debt too. We all have different kinds of debt but they all involve one thing, scratch that… TWO THINGS: CREDIT and INTEREST. School loans, car loans, credit cards, mortgages… they all are lines of credit from which you borrow money at interest.

Each month I blindly spend hundreds in payments but every time I look at my balances… I swear they never get any smaller! What gives?

I’ve combed the web for tips, tricks, info of any kind that might help me, maybe you’ve done the same, you usually end up in the same places… some financial institution backed website spewing the same regurgitated tips you find everywhere! I can’t find any real information anywhere!

The Solution: I’ve always thought to myself “man, I really wish I could just talk to some other people in the same situation I’m in, or better yet some people who WERE in the same position I’m in now but made it out! Wow! I could really learn a lot if I could do that.

In fact I think we ALL could learn a lot from each other. And so creditstories.com was born.

What it is (or atleast what we hope it will become): An online community of regular folks like you and me sharing their personal experiences about their struggles and triumphs with credit and debt.
